  A very famous company, in my opinion the first fixed telephone company from the country. Personally, I went to their services a year ago,because they gave me what I need. The relatively low prices and I think that was a smart move to appeled at theier services.

  I am nearly 80 years old. Sat the 07/12/2019 the worst customer service ever. After arriving at the station early to buy my ticket and take my time to get over to the platform for liverpool the station was locked so checked the opening times and it said 5.45am.my train due at 6.27am i gave it till 6.10 am and decided to try and get in but all locked up. fortunate for me a young lad was there he said this always happens at birchwood he showed me a side gate which we managed to struggle through. So I could not buy a ticket and without a ticket a fine. So I managed to walk all the steps because all the doors locked and the ticket office and the machines were not accessible due to it being locked. when I got to my platform i had a few minutes to spare so I went to the waiting room guess what this was locked and the last opportunity to but a ticket as the ticket machine inside. Then I spotted the member of staff opening up i shouted across the platform please could you help me i am trying to buy a ticket and your all locked up and my train due the reply he shouted back across the platform Well buy it on the train I said I will get a fine to my amazement not my problem and started muttering under his breath and shaking his head and walked off.I cant believe how rude and so unprofessional he was by this time thankfully the train was delayed so I managed to buy a ticket from the self serve machine after it was opened and when I checked at liverpool station I was told without a ticket you would of been fined. If I was i would of taken this further.its not about money its the poor service and rude staff at birchwood ,very unclean and not well kept and just poor service.
